Understanding the fast-paced nature of your lifestyle, we are keen to offer a solution that respects both your time and ours: a free 30 minute direct call or Facetime. This session is designed to swiftly capture your unique needs through targeted questions, allowing us to recommend the most suitable window furnishings or settings for your home. Moreover, we will provide an estimated quotation to help you plan accordingly. To make the most of our session, we kindly ask you to prepare the following information in advance:
For Existing Houses: Please provide images of your windows, including the area from the window frame to the ceiling, along with rough measurements.
For New Build Houses: Please provide window schedules and specify which ones you would like us to quote..

If our estimated quote is approved, we will visit your site to take precise measurements and offer various options. During the visit, you will have to select window furnishings, designs, fabric samples, track collections, and other details.

Once your quote is finalized and approved based on everything you have chosen before, a 50% deposit will be required to commence the project. The remainder of the payment is due 24 hours before installation.

Your order is set to be processed. At this stage, we kindly ask that you meticulously review and confirm the specifics of your order, including fabric color, curtain heading, stacking side, and more. Once you have reviewed and confirmed these details, we will proceed with submitting your order. 
Please note, after submission, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be possibleSo, all you need to do now is relax and wait. We will keep you updated on the scheduling of your installation. Typically, our lead time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the products selected.

After establishing the completion date for your order, we will finalize the installation details and promptly inform you. Following our mutual agreement on the installation schedule, our team of professionals will carry out the installation with efficiency and attention to detail. Once the installation is complete, we invite you to inspect the final product and sign the product check form, ensuring your total satisfaction with the work performed.
